ALDI “Advanced Institute for Technologies and Innovation”Adult Education Institution (AITI) Goražde has completed pilot testing of the innovative service AgriSkill Tracker, a digital tool that connects education, agriculture, and the labor market through the application of modern analytical methods. The pilot was carried out within the international program EIT Food RIS PSRAL – Professional School for Agri-Food Labour, with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT Food).
AgriSkill Tracker was developed by the Center for Development Evaluation and Social Research (CREDI), a research center from Bosnia and Herzegovina. CREDI is developing an advanced Skill Intelligence system that integrates labor market analytics, predictive models, and the modernization of vocational education. As part of this system, AgriSkill Tracker enables schools, training centers, and policymakers to align education programs with the needs of the economy based on reliable data.
CREDI’s AgriSkill Tracker was presented at the EIT Innovation Awards 2025ceremony organized by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology,held at the Budapest Congress Centre on November 25, 2025.
ALDI/AITI Goražde testira AgriSkill Tracker – novi digitalni alat za modernizaciju agro-prehrambenog sektora u BiH
U novembru 2025. ALDI „Napredni institut za tehnologije i inovacije“ – Ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih (AITI) Goražde završila je pilot-testiranje inovativne usluge AgriSkill Tracker, digitalnog alata koji povezuje obrazovanje, poljoprivredu i tržište rada kroz primenu savremenih analitičkih metoda. AgriSkill Tracker razvio je Centar za razvojne evaluacije i društvena istraživanja (CREDI) iz BiH, koji radi na razvoju naprednog sistema Skill Intelligence. Kao deo tog sistema, AgriSkill Tracker omogućava školama, centrima za obuke i kreatorima politika da obrazovne programe usklade sa potrebama privrede na osnovu pouzdanih podataka. AgriSkill Tracker predstavljen je na ceremoniji EIT Innovation Awards 2025, održanoj 25. novembra u Budapest Congress Centre, u organizaciji Evropskog instituta za inovacije i tehnologiju.
